A silent Moment some of the time is Healthy
Majority of people in the modern society, life is too hectic. It causes their minds to reel round and round and rippling. Straight and settled thinking become a huddle. Emotional reaction are easily triggered and uncontrollable. No good, enough sleep. Relationship are becoming deeply eroded. This is definately, because the mind is too much overloaded.
Our minds have got eyes with which we see life, in various perspectives. it is more look like a lake. If a lake is calm, we can see its bottom clearly. We can see anything. When the waves and ripples come, the same coin will start to look like a giant fish, and may be you will not easily identify what it is.
it is like our minds. Calmness of our minds, will make us begin to see what our life is really about. At this point, we would understand our relationship better, at the same time, may be what we have to accomplish with our work.
If our mind is in dispeire, we lose stability of our direction. A little coin in water, suddenly become a giant fish. Small incident abruptly turns into a big problem.
Life seems to be saturated with hassles and disturbances.
Silencing the mind is the best of routine. Is just the same to turning off your computer for a while. Disconnecting from all its power input. All days we are fixed with all manners of inputs, just like flowing stream.
All this issues and demands, emanates from our mates, children or our employers and employees. We are under capture as we move hither and thither; from one place to another.
When we are awake, our minds are on race constantly and breaths taking speed. The world is full of distressing boarder line noise. Each one of us have experience this, some of the times, if not always. After the squerking has stopped, we get to some bits of relieves suddenly.
The same can be experienced, when you are in silent moment some days. The time that is very much refreshing and rejuvenates.
Some may think, such times are for the only spiritually inclined. Truthfully, these times are a gift to all human being, that are for our enjoyment.
Everyone can enjoy the benefit of a quiet moment of meditation. You need every day to sit comfortably on a chair, with your straight back, your feet on the floor. Or sit directly on the floor with your legs crossed. Fold your palm to palm on your laps to lap, and close your eyes in a relaxing manner.
Your will feel your mind squealing and jumping like a puppy. Do not force it. Because, the more you do that, you will meet resistance. The mind dont likes to be in control. So, with all doing this, to succeed, you must be patient.
